Sunset Demolition Experts started with Santos Sr. and one pickup truck in the early 2000s. Two decades later, his son Santos Jr. runs the business alongside him — and you’ll still find one or both of them on site for every residential project.
We built the business on one stubborn rule: if we tear something out, we leave it better than we found it. That’s why we learned the concrete side ourselves instead of handing customers off to another crew. It’s more work. It’s also the reason our driveways are still holding up twenty years later.
